Shipping policy

Turnaround:

Made to Order 

Made to order items will be despatched within our standard maximum turnaround time of 3-4 working weeks. An announcement bar at the top of the homepage will let you know current turnaround which can change, but won’t exceed max standard.

Any changes to the standard despatch time, such as preorders or fabric delays will be communicated to you via the email address used when ordering. 

Ready to Ship 

Readymade items will be despatched within 1 working week. 

If you need a rush order, please message the store and I will do my best to achieve this. 

 

Shipping:

Your order will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. If you require any other shipping services such as signed for and next day, please message the store before you place your order and I will create a custom shipping listing for you. 

In rare circumstances post may take more than 10 days to arrive. Please contact me if you have not received your items within this timescale. 

We only ship within the UK. Any orders placed to other countries including to Ireland under the new GPSR rules will be cancelled and refunded.
